Initiatives

  1. Sponsorship Programme → Our Sponsorship Program is dedicated to ensuring access to quality education for children who would otherwise be deprived of the opportunity, as well as reintegrating school dropouts into the educational system. At present, we are proud to support the education of 5 students from Galand Village. These students have been enrolled at the esteemed Radicon Public School.

  2. Mentorship Programme → Our Mentorship Programme is especially designed for the  underprivileged senior secondary and college students to guide and connect them to resources for competitive exams, higher studies and skill training for jobs. We offer education and training to women and girls, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary for success. Our vision is to provide guidance on essential life skills, development needs, and exposure to various opportunities available to them. Our program includes workshops on financial literacy, leadership development, extracurricular activities, vocational training, English Language, debating and computer education

  3. Awareness Programme → We organize awareness campaigns via social media and community events to address taboo issues and discuss mental and emotional health. Our initiative to empower female students includes fostering confidence, resilience, and adaptability. Additionally, we maintain a dedicated WhatsApp community to discuss and raise awareness about accessibility, affordability, and quality of education

  4. Volunteering Programme → We believe that volunteering must be accessible to everyone, regardless of their location. Therefore, we offer hybrid volunteering opportunities for students from various cities. Our dedicated community of volunteers works within their local communities to bring tangible change. Additionally, they can contribute online by sharing their skills or providing mental health support and guidance to underprivileged students. This short-term program is specifically designed for college students who have internship requirements or wish to engage in social service despite their busy schedules

Projects

  1. Project Sahayog – This project is centered on engaging with primary-level students to create an inclusive and supportive environment by exploring their academic interests and personal hobbies. Designed as a “Spend a Day with Students” initiative, the project aims to foster a sense of eagerness to learn while making students feel comfortable and connected to our Kudrat family. This approach not only enhances student retention rates but also improves the overall learning experience at school

  2. Honest Conversations – The “Honest Conversations” project revolves around approaching children on the streets of Ghaziabad to inquire about their lives, educational status, and future aspirations. We provide donations and support services to children in need. We believe everyone has a voice and that these voices must be heard. We are working to ensure that these stories are not just told but become the definitive accounts that drive change and inspire action locally. This is our commitment: to empower, to amplify, and to transform. This social media awareness campaign aims to connect with people, revealing the realities of their surroundings and inspiring them to drive positive change in the status quo
